Dornells Estate is located 6 miles due North of Kirkcudbright, half an hour west of Dumfries on the main A75, between Castle Douglas and Laurieston by Ringford.
Turn off the A75 at Ringford and take the left hand turn in the centre of the village sign-posted Laurieston.
Stay on this road until you enter the village of Laurieston where you will find a cross roads.
Turn right, sign posted Castle Douglas, and follow this road for circa ¼ mile past the Red Kite Feeding Station.
On the apex of a right hand bend turn left into the estate.

Main Ferry Links Belfast Stranraer or Larne Cairnryan – approx 55 miles from the estate on the A75.
By Rail
Main rail-heads: Dumfries (½ hour), Lockerbie (1 hour), Carlisle (1½ hours).
By Air
Airports: Glasgow, Prestwick, Edinburgh.
